This is machine washable merino.  
Approx 100gms/400m per hank of 4ply.
Recommended needles 2.75mm - 3.25mm or size to meet tension of pattern.
Gentle machine washable in cool water and a mild detergent.  Pull garment back into shape, dry flat and in the shade.  Store your handmade items, flat or rolled to maintain shape and size.
